All Sales Policy
All apparel is made to order or produced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or issue replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items

How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will provide next steps.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, a replacement item may be sent at no additional cost for eligible cases.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other approved cases
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
